From the Founder..
After spending more than 12 years managing transportation and logistics teams, I saw the same challenge over and over.. We would promote our best staff into supervisory roles, and then they would struggle.. Why?
Because the skills that make you a great individual contributor or front-line supervisor are completely different from the skills that make you a great leader.. Thus, I created Better Leaders Training Foundation to fill this gap.
We don't teach abstract theory. We deliver practical, "no-fluff" training designed for the real-world demands of logistics and operations. Our programs, from the Certified Operations Supervisor℠ to the Certified Logistics Manager℠, are built to give you actionable skills you can use on the floor tomorrow.
