2. Ownership, Financial Management, and Trademarks
Better Leaders Training Foundation LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of iOpen Enterprises, LLC (“Parent Company”). All financial transactions, including payment processing and subscription management, are managed and processed directly by iOpen Enterprises, LLC.
All trademarks and service marks associated with Better Leaders Training Foundation LLC are registered and owned by iOpen Enterprises, LLC.
3. Communications
By using our Service, you agree to receive communications from us. You may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link or emailing contact@bltf.org.
4. Purchases
If you purchase products or services, you must provide accurate and complete payment information. We may use third-party services to process payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including availability, errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions
Promotions may have separate rules. If there is a conflict, the Promotion rules apply.
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

9. Refunds
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. If required by law in your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights. Please contact us for assistance.

You are responsible for any content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to use your content as needed for the Service. You retain ownership of your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
11. Prohibited Uses

23.1 Agreement to Arbitrate:
You and Better Leaders Training Foundation LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Service, or the relationship between you and the Company shall be resolved exclusively and finally by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided below.
23.2 Arbitration Procedures:
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitration will take place in Atlanta, Georgia, unless both parties agree to a different location. The arbitrator shall apply the substantive law of Georgia, USA.
23.3 Exceptions:
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters relating to intellectual property rights or unauthorized access to the Service.
23.4 Class Action Waiver:
You and the Company agree that any arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim.
23.5 Costs:
Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, except as may be awarded by the arbitrator under applicable law.
23.6 Severability:
If any part of this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
24. Changes to Service
We may change or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
25. Amendments to Terms
