This is not an immediate result generating service because each organization is different, thus it is contingent on the leaders ability to incorporate their learnings based on their employer's workplace culture and hierarchy.
8. How long does it take to complete a certification?
Completion time varies by program, but most certifications are designed to be finished within several weeks to a few months depending on the pace of the students. Our programs are also timed in "days", allowing more than enough time for students to complete the program.

Yes. Participants who successfully complete a certification program receive an official digital certificate.
